Erratic driver arrested in Mildura

Mildura police arrested and charged a man allegedly driving erratically from Melbourne to Mildura yesterday, Victoria Police say.

It is believed a man driving a dark grey Honda CRV SUV left Melbourne at approximately 10pm on Friday 16 November.

It is alleged the vehicle was seen driving erratically between Hopetoun and Mildura yesterday afternoon.

A 19-year-old man was arrested in Mildura about 4pm yesterday.

The Airport West man has been charged with exceed speed, reckless conduct, theft of motor vehicle and other traffic related offences.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear at the Mildura Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

Anyone who may have seen the vehicle driving erratically or anyone with any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
