Police are investigating after an Essendon North business was targeted by arsonists twice within 25 hours.
Emergency services were called to reports a white Nissan Navara ute crashed into the front plywood door of a Keilor Road business shortly after 2am this morning.
The offenders then set the nail salon on fire before fleeing in the utility.
The business's sprinkler system prevented the blaze from spreading further however the store sustained further damage.
The same address was also set alight about 3am yesterday.
Detectives are treating the two incidents as targeted, linked attacks.
