Police arrested a man after he allegedly exposed himself near Town Hall railway station in Melbourne's CBD last month.
The man allegedly exposed himself on the footpath on Swanston Street in front of a large crowd attending Christmas festivities about 2.15pm on Saturday, 20 December.
He also allegedly tried to kiss a woman.
The 37-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to hospital for observation.
He is expected to be charged on summons.
The investigation into the circumstances of the incident remain ongoing.
