Council is excited to announce that just in time for Christmas and the end-of-year holidays, ScrapMart facilities in Cooma and Jindabyne will be moving to new extended trading hours at the end of November.
Faced with the overwhelming popularity of our ScrapMarts since their post-lockdown reopening, the decision to offer longer opening times will give the community more time to hunt for a bargain and ease weekend congestions at Cooma and Jindabyne Landfills.
From Thursday 25 November 2021 Cooma Scrapmart will be open:
Thursday and Friday - 9.30 am to 1.30pm
Saturday - 1pm to 5pm
From Saturday 27 November 2021 Jindabyne Scrapmart will be open:
Saturday - 10am to 3pm
Sunday - 10am to 3pm
COVID-19 check-in, public health order and vaccination requirements apply at all non-essential indoor Council facilities. Please remember to bring your proof of double vaccination and wear a mask.
Donations can be dropped off during opening hours at Cooma or Jindabyne Landfills, but please keep in mind that only good quality items can be accepted.
