Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Fabian Valenzuela.
The 38-year-old is wanted on warrant for breaching the conditions of a court order.
He is known to frequent the Laverton and Altona Meadows.
Valenzuela may have travelled to New South Wales.
Investigators have released an image of Valenzuela in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
