Police are at the scene of a large factory fire at Alexandria, NSW Police say.
Emergency services were called to the factory on Burrows Road, about 1am (Monday 16 April 2018).
Fire-fighters attended and were able to contain the blaze.
The premises and its surrounding businesses were closed at the time, there have been no reports of injuries.
Officers from Redfern Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene.
Once the scene has been declared safe, police will investigate the cause of the fire.
It is not yet known if the fire is suspicious, inquiries are continuing.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
