Police are re-appealing for witnesses after a fatal fail-to-stop-crash state's south, last year.
Emergency services were called to Watkins Avenue, Griffith, near Grange Close, shortly after 4.20am on Monday 28 April 2025 and found a man suffering multiple injuries.
NSW Ambulance arrived and commenced CPR; however, the 34-year-old man died at the scene.
The man has been identified as Argen Kuni.
Officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation under Strike Force Ashbourne, with assistance from the Crash Investigation Unit.
Police believe the man has been struck by a vehicle, while walking along the roadway.
Margaret Kuni, the sister of Argen said her family desperately wants answer, as to what happen to her brother.
"Argen was a humble and loving family man. He came to Australia from the Soloman Islands to work and provide a better life for his wife and two sons back home. He was sending money home to fund the build of his family home, which he never got to enjoy. He was also supporting our broader family, financially."
"His passing has left a mark in our hearts and he is really missed. We urge anyone who has information to come forward….we want justice for my brother."
Police have released new CCTV as they continue their investigations into the crash.
Police are appealing to speak to the driver of a blue sedan or hatchback travelling on Watkins Road shortly before the crash.
