Police are investigating the circumstances following a fatal collision that claimed the life of a man in Ferntree Gully last night, Victoria Police say.
It is believed a silver Mitsubishi sedan collided with a white Toyota Camry at the intersection of Burwood Highway and Glenfern Road about 10.50pm.
The male driver, and sole occupant of the Mitsubishi sedan, died at the scene.
He is yet to be formally identified.
A man and woman in the Toyota sedan, both from Ferntree Gully, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
