Police are investigating following a fatal collision in Marysville just before 3pm, Victoria Police say.
It is believed a vehicle and a motorcycle collided on Marysville-Woods Point Road.
The yet to be identified male motorcyclist died at the scene, no one else was injured.
The exact cause of the incident is yet to be determined and Marysville-Woods Point Road will be closed for some time.
