The Northern Territory road toll has risen to 29 after the death of a 60-year-old woman and an unknown male, in a single vehicle crash near Boydia Outstation last night.
The driver of the vehicle was airlifted from the scene and has suffered non-life threatening injuries, Northern Territory Police say.
Major Crash Investigators are flying to the scene and investigations are continuing.
The road toll at the same time last year was 42.
