The Northern Territory road toll has risen to 11 after a pedestrian was killed in Winnellie on Friday evening.
The woman was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of the Stuart Highway and Hickman Street around 7pm, Northern Territory Police say.
Major Crash Investigators are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have dash cam footage to contact police.
At the same time last year the road toll was seven.
