Police have been notified of a fatal gyrocopter crash in the far north of the State about 200 kilometres north east of Marla, according to SA Police.
At about 1pm, emergency services were notified of a crash on New Crown Station where the pilot and sole occupant died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators have been notified of the incident, and local Northern Territory and South Australia police are responding to the scene.
