Police are currently on scene at a fatal house fire in Everton Hills this morning, Queensland Police say.
Initial investigations suggest at 5.40am, neighbours heard an explosion occur on Pavonia Street.
Emergency Services responded to the scene where they observed a house engulfed by flames.
Three people have been pronounced deceased at the scene including two women and a man.
Neighbouring houses have been evacuated as a precaution.
Pavonia Street is currently closed to traffic with Scenes of Crime and Forensic Investigators on scene.
Investigations are continuing.
