A motorcycle rider has died in a three-vehicle crash in Sydney's southwest.
About 9.30am (Wednesday 10 December 2025), emergency services were called to the Horsley Drive, Fairfield, near Myddleton Avenue, following reports of a crash.
Officers attached to Fairfield City Police Area Command attended and found three vehicles – a white LDV station wagon, a maroon Honda motorcycle and a white Toyota Hiace Van – had collided.
The motorcycle rider – a man aged in his 60s - was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics but died at the scene.
The driver of the LDV – a 44-year-old woman – and the driver of the Hiace Van – a 21-year-old man were uninjured. They were taken to Fairfield Hospital for mandatory testing.
Police established a crime scene and officers from the Fairfield City PAC commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
