Fatal motorcycle crash near Nowra

A man has died after a motorcycle crash in the state's south today.

Police have been told that just before 3pm (Wednesday 14 August 2019), a motorcycle travelling south on Parma Road at Yerriyong was approaching a bend, when it hit a traffic sign pole.

The 50-year-old male rider was unable to be revived and died at the scene.

A crime scene was established by officers attached to South Coast Police District who are conducting inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
