Tasmania Police were called to a traffic crash on the off ramp from the Bass Highway to the Midlands Highway heading north about 8am on Sunday 11 June 2017. A 55 year old Victorian man had been involved in a single motor cycle crash and died at the scene, Tasmania Police say.
Witnesses to the crash are advised to contact Launceston Police.
Traffic crash investigators are compiling a report for the Coroner.
