Fatal single-vehicle crash near Dunedoo

A man has died following a fatal single-vehicle crash near Dunedoo.

Yesterday (Saturday 22 May 2021), a Toyota Corolla was located crashed by a passing motorist in scrub off the Golden Highway, near Turill Road, Uarbry, about 40km east of Dunedoo.

Officers from Orana Mid-Western Police District attended and found the driver and sole occupant, a 39-year-old man, deceased.

A crime scene was established and an investigation into the circumstance surrounding the crash is underway.

It is believed to have occurred between 8pm on Friday (21 May 2021) and 10am yesterday.

Police will prepare a report for the information of the Coroner.
