A 24-year-old Douglas man has died after a single motorcycle crash at Cluden this morning, Queensland Police say.
Preliminary investigations suggest that around 5.20am, a male motorcyclist was located by a motorist unconscious in bushes off the Bruce Highway near the intersection of Racecourse Road and Lakeside Drive.
It appears the male rider was thrown from the motorcycle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
