Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred at Drewvale this afternoon, Queensland Police say.
At around 12:40pm police received reports a man had been struck by a truck on the Logan Motorway.
Initial investigations suggest the man had pulled over to the side of the motorway and exited his truck when he was struck by another truck.
The Logan Motorway was closed for three hours while emergency services responded to the incident.
A 34-year-old Lowood man was declared deceased at the scene.
The male driver of the other truck is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
