Police are investigating a fatal, single vehicle traffic crash which occurred at Jimboomba last night, Queensland Police say.
Initial investigations indicate around 10.30pm, a car travelling on the Mount Lindesay Highway left the roadway and collided with a tree.
A woman aged in her 20s was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who have any information that may assist investigations to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
