Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a fatal two vehicle traffic crash at Vale View yesterday afternoon, Queensland Police say.
Initial inquiries indicate at 3.30pm a car and truck, both headed south, have collided on Drayton Connection Road near the intersection of Newman Road.
A male passenger in the car, a man in his fifties, died at the scene.
The driver of the car was transported to the Toowoomba Hospital in a serious condition.
The truck driver was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
