Police are investigating a fatal unit fire in Kingston this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Sithney Street address around 3:30am and located the body of a deceased woman.
There were initially fears for a 12-year-old girl however she was found safe shortly afterwards.
The two-storey unit complex was destroyed by the fire and a crime scene has been declared.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are continuing.
