A few lucky people and five of their friends will win an unforgettable trip to Tassie as part of a unique promotion to encourage mainlanders to come to Launceston for the MOFO festival.
MOFO’s new home of Launceston will be buzzing in January as the festival transforms Northern Tasmania and attracts thousands of visitors from around the state and the country.
Mona Foma, supported by the Tasmanian Government through Tourism Tasmania, will provide a special Air Mofo charter flight from Melbourne to Launceston on 18 January 2019.
Tickets on Air Mofo will only be offered via a competition promoted by the festival which gives each winner and five of their friends the opportunity for a seat on the charter flight and a three day MOFO festival ticket.
The Government is providing $1.75 million each year for three years to bring Mona Foma to the North because events like MOFO are a key part of Tasmania’s strong economic growth and support local jobs and businesses.
