A 19-year-old man is now the fifth person to be charged following investigations into the stabbing of a man at Eagle Vale earlier this month.
Just before 3.30pm on Sunday (2 May 2021) emergency services were called to a sporting complex on Eagle Vale Drive following reports of a brawl and located a man with multiple stab wounds.
The man, aged 21, was treated at the scene before being taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he underwent surgery and has since been released.
Following inquiries, a 19-year-old man attended Campbelltown Police Station today (Friday 14 May 2021) where he was arrested.
He was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, affray and driver not disclose identity of driver/passenger as required.
He was refused bail and will appear in Campbelltown Local Court today Friday 14 May 2021.
Investigations are ongoing.
