All Territory voucher recipients have 14 days from issue to book a tourism experience in the Northern Territory.

Figures up to 9 April 2021 reveal Round three has generated more than $9.4 million in gross sales with the average booking value per voucher reaching approximately $390.

Across all three rounds, $26.7 million was generated in gross sales.

Round three opened on 1 February 2021 with Territorians aged over 18 eligible to register for a voucher worth $200.

The vouchers can be used on multiple tourism experiences in the Top End, Red Centre, Katherine and Barkly regions.

Territorians who travel more than 400 kilometres for their tourism booking are eligible to apply for an additional $200 bonus claim.

The Territory Tourism Voucher scheme is a $16.2 million package designed to support the Northern Territory's tourism industry.

Quotes from Minister for Tourism and Hospitality Natasha Fyles:

"The last of the Territory Tourism vouchers have now been released and there is still time to book an amazing local tourism experience.

"Territorians have embraced holidaying in their own backyard and I'd encourage locals to consider travelling to some of our unique regions and help businesses thrive."
