Fire destroys cars at Woodcroft, NSW

Inquiries are continuing after cars were set on fire overnight at Woodcroft in Sydney’s west, NSW Police say.

About 8.50pm yesterday, an incendiary device was thrown at a Holden Commodore parked in Callow Place.

The car caught fire and the blaze spread to a nearby tree and a Volkswagen Polo.

The Commodore and Volkswagen were destroyed as a result.

A canvass of the area was conducted and inquiries are continuing.

Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to call Crime Stoppers.
