Police are currently at the scene of a building fire which occurred in Blackstone this morning.
Emergency services were called to Thomas Street around 2am where they found a house under renovation well engulfed in flames.
A crime scene has been declared.
Investigators are seeking information on any suspicious activity in the area around the time to contact police.
Residents who have CCTV, or motorists who may have dashcam vision, are also encouraged to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
