Damaging surf conditions
ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:
Ex-Tropical Cyclone Narelle is currently located to the east of Wadeye as a deep tropical low. The system is expected to continue moving towards the west-southwest before crossing the Daly coast later this morning.
DAMAGING SURF CONDITIONS which may lead to coastal erosion and localised damage to coastal infrastructure are possible along the southwest Tiwi coast and the western Daly coast during this morning, particularly on the morning high tide.
Beach conditions in these areas could be dangerous and people should stay well away from the surf and surf exposed areas.
Damaging surf conditions are expected to ease by later this afternoon.
