Waterhouse River:
Major flooding is possible along the Waterhouse River.
The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge is currently at 8.23 m and steady, with moderate flooding. The Waterhouse River at Beswick Bridge may reach the major flood level (8.70 m) early Thursday morning. Further rises are possible with forecast rain.
Roper River below Elsey Creek:
River levels are elevated throughout the Roper River catchment.
