Flood Threat Eases for Roper and Waterhouse Rivers

NT Government

River levels remain elevated but are generally easing in the Roper River catchment. Localised flooding and overland inundation persist in parts of the catchment and are likely to continue for some time.

Further showers and possible thunderstorms are forecast over the next few days, but are not expected to cause significant renewed river level rises.
