Flooded building investigation; CCTV images released, NSW

Police have released CCTV images of two men and two women they believe can assist with inquiries following the flooding and evacuation of a residential building at Olympic Park last week, NSW Police say.

Emergency services and police from Flemington Local Area Command were called to the 25-storey building on Australia Avenue about 2.30am on Sunday 13 November 2016.

The flooding – which resulted in the evacuation of 470 people from the building – is being treated as suspicious. There were no reports of injury but damage has been estimated at $3 million.
