Australian aged care and dementia care provider Focus Care Solutions has confirmed a major rebrand to become Focus Home Care as part of its ongoing commitment to deliver best practice in home care.
The Sydney-based provider has also revealed a stand-alone disability support service to be known as Focus Disability Services in response to rapidly growing demand for its disability support services in Sydney and across NSW.
