Former Federal Court Judge faces discrimination allegations

Bond University's chancellor (a former Federal Court Judge and President of Anti-Discrimination Board N.S.W.); vice chancellor; and others face discrimination allegations at the Australian Human Rights Commission for allegedly discriminated against a student with a disability.

Instead of correcting the issue, staff, high ranking officials and legal representatives now face 6 months jail for allegedly victimising the student with a disability because the student launched a complaint to the Australian Human Rights Commission.

The case appears - as a breach of contract case - but it is part of the alleged victimisation.
