Four arrested after warrants executed following damage to North Melboune rental property

Police have arrested four youths after police vehicles were damaged following an out of control party last month, Victoria Police say.

North Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives with the assistance of Echo Task Force executed six search warrants this morning following the party at a rented property on Shands Lane, North Melbourne about 2am on 29 April.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested in Wellington Street, Collingwood

An 18-year-old man was arrested in Baden Powell Drive, Tarneit

A 17-year-old boy was arrested in Parrakeet Road, Werribee

A 17-year-old boy was arrested in Hemlock Crescent, Point Cook

A number of items were seized including mobile phones and a laptop.

All four males were interviewed and have been released pending further enquiries.

Four police vehicles were significantly damaged as police responded to the April incident.
