Four arrested for South-Eastern offences

Four teenagers have been arrested following an aggravated burglary and armed robberies in Melbourne’s south east, Victoria Police say.

The youth were arrested in an allegedly stolen Holden Captiva travelling south on East link just after midnight following a coordinated effort from various police resources.

The Holden was allegedly stolen on Monday during an aggravated burglary in Dingley Village about 11.20pm.

The vehicle was used during an armed robbery in Clow Street, Dandenong about 7.30am yesterday and later in First Avenue, Dandenong North.

It was later involved in a pursuit in Springvale Road, Springvale.

A 16-year-old boy from Seaford, two girls aged 15 and 14 from Frankston and a 14-year-old boy from Dandenong are currently assisting Eastern Region Crime Squad detectives with their enquiries.
