Three men and a boy have been charged after an alleged break and enter in the state’s south coast on Sunday, NSW Police say.
About 11pm on Sunday 27 August 2017, police will allege four males forced their way into a unit in Narooma.
A 30-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman inside the property were allegedly threatened and assaulted.
The man suffered injuries to his right hand and bruising to the back of his head. The woman suffered lacerations to her lip and leg as well as bruising to her face.
Police attached to the Far South Coast Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene.
About 2pm yesterday, police arrested an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy at a home in Catalina.
They were charged with aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence in company, malicious damage and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company.
The 18-year-old man was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday 25 September 2017.
The 16-year-old man was granted conditional bail to face a children's court on Thursday 21 September 2017.
Two 20-year-old men were arrested at Batemans Bay Police Station yesterday.
They were charged with aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence in company.
Both were granted conditional bail and are due to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday 25 September 2017.
