Four men have been arrested after a fight in Marrickville overnight, NSW Police say.
About 10pm today, police from Marrickville Local Area Command were patrolling an organised street party in Railway Road when a fight occurred.
Police have been told two men who had been removed from the party became involved in a physical fight with two other men from the party on the roadway.
Officers attempted to intervene and had to deploy OC spray to dissolve the fight.
All four men, believed to be in their early 20s, suffered minor injuries as a result of the fight and were treated by emergency services.
Inquiries into the incident are continuing and it is expected the men will be issued with Future Court Attendance Notices for affray.
Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to call Crime Stoppers.
