Caring for someone with dementia can feel overwhelming, especially early on, when it's hard to know where to start or what support is available.

This FREE, welcoming session brings together expert speakers, local support options and practical advice tailored to real-life needs.

Over light refreshments, you'll meet others in similar situations and have the chance to ask questions in a relaxed setting.
