Police and emergency services are currently at the scene of a fatal crash in Fumina South, Victoria Police say.
It is believed a single vehicle left the road near the intersection of Willow Grove Road and Kings Road about 5.15pm.
The female driver and sole occupant, who is yet to be identified, died at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
