Funding for Adelaide Hills Council Biodiversity Team

The Adelaide Hills Council Biodiversity Team has recently been granted $12,635 for conservation works within three of it's Heritage Agreement sites - Lenswood Centennial, Bradwood and Kersbrook Conservation Reserve.

These grants were awarded by the Nature Foundation's Revitalising Private Conservation in SA grants aimed at supporting conservation works on Heritage Agreement sites. All three grants are matched by funds and in-kind contributions allocated by Council, Trees For Life and local Bushcare volunteer groups to protect threatened native flora and to improve habitat value at each of these sites.

Lenswood and Forest Range Community Association and Bush For Life volunteers provide valuable follow up to contracted works and site monitoring.
