Further warrants executed after spate of break and enters at Orange

Police have executed a second search warrant at Orange this week following investigations into a spate of break and enter offences targeting businesses in the state's Central West.

In May 2019, officers from Central West Proactive Investigation Team commenced an investigation into break and enters which targeted 13 locations in the Chifley and Central West Police Districts.

Cash and an EFTPOS machine were among items stolen.

At 10.20am yesterday (Thursday 20 June 2019), officers from Central West Police District executed a search warrant at a house in Raines Place, Orange.

A number of items alleged to be the proceeds of crime were seized, including items of clothing and electronic devices.

Inquiries continue.
