Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Gabriel Vera.
Warrants has been issued for the 40-year-old's arrest for drug, criminal damage, bail and traffic offences as well as contravening a court order.
He is known to frequent the Delahey, Williamstown and Melbourne areas.
Investigators have released an image of Vera in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
