Geo-target issued for woman missing from Rhodes

Police have issued a geo-targeted message as they continue to appeal for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.

Myungkok Sung, aged 83, was last seen in Rhodes about 12pm yesterday (Thursday 17 November 2022).

When she could not be located by family, officers from Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition that requires treatment.

Myungkok is described as being of Asian appearance, about 152cm tall, of thin build and with short grey hair.

She was last seen wearing a blue hat, red jacket, black pants, white shoes and a walking stick.

She is known to frequent the Rhodes and Strathfield area. Myungkok may also use the rail network.

Anyone with information on Myungkok's whereabouts is urged to contact Burwood Police Station, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
