Glen Waverley commercial burglary

Monash Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for information following a burglary in Glen Waverley last month, Victoria Police say.

Investigators believe two men attended a business, which is currently under construction, on Montclair Avenue about 8.10am on 26 December.

A number of items were stolen during the burglary, including an ice machine, refrigerated cabinet, oven and dishwasher.

The stolen goods were carried to an unknown vehicle.

The same two offenders returned about 7:30pm and stole further items.

One of the men extraordinarily returned for a third time the following day about 6.20pm, this time accompanied by a female believed to be in her 30’s.

One of the men is believed to be in his late 30’s or early 40’s with a slim to medium build and short dark hair.

He was wearing yellow cleaning gloves, as well as a dark cap, shirt and pants with a gold necklace and stud earing in his left ear.

The other male is believed to be in his 30s or 40s with short dark brown hair and was wearing a grey t-shirt with red branding, puffy jacket, black cap and black runners with a white tick on them.

He also had a silver watch, black latex gloves, and a distinctive tribal-design tattoo his on upper right shoulder.

Both men are perceived to be of Caucasian/European appearance.

The female is believed to be in her 30’s and of Caucasian appearance with a medium build, fair complexion and brown and blonde ombre hair.

She was wearing a black leather jacket, ripped blue jeans, black thongs and black sunglasses.

Investigators have released images and CCTV of two men and a woman they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
