A Narangba woman is looking forward to a more relaxed life with her husband after winning a life-changing share of the $5 million jackpot in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4449 on Saturday 9 March 2024.
The Gold Coast woman held one of the eight division one entries on weekend, with each winning entry scored $620,369.07.
“Oh my god, I can’t stop crying!” the winning woman screamed when an official from a lotto official called to confirm her windfall.
The emotional rollercoaster continued as she expressed her joy.
“My heart is beating out of my chest.
“Oh goodness, I need to catch my breath.
“My husband can finally retire! It’s going to be amazing to have him around all the time.
“This is going to change our lives.
“We’ll be debt free, which was something unimaginable to us a little while ago.

The winning entry was a convenient 10-game QuickPick selection purchased online through The Lott.
