Detectives have commenced an investigation after a woman's body was located in a Goulburn home this morning.
About 7am (Saturday 3 January 2025), police attended a home on Joshua Street, Goulburn, following reports of a concern for welfare.
Officers attached to The Hume Police District attended and forced entry into the home where they located the body of woman.
Police are yet to formally identify the woman; however, believe she is aged in her 40s.
A crime scene has been established with detectives attached to The Hume Police District and State Crime Command's Homicide Squad commencing an investigation into the incident.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
