Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Grace Heard.
Warrants have been issued for the 20-year-old's arrest in relation to failing to appear in court.
She is described as 165cm tall, with shoulder length black hair, a thin build and blue eyes.
Heard is known to frequent the Rosebud, Casey, Frankston, Flemington, Ashburton and Springvale areas.
Investigators have released an image of Heard in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
