Minister for Skills and Jobs, Felix Ellis, said the program was a key commitment in ensuring Tasmanians gained the skills they need for the jobs of today and the future.
"By supporting partnerships between industry and training providers, we're helping deliver the right training with the right equipment and resources," Minister Ellis said.
More than $2 million is available to Registered Training Organisations, industry peaks, large employers and community service or not-for-profit organisations in two streams.
The first stream supports investment in training equipment, resources and contextualised training materials, while the newly introduced second stream focuses on initiatives that will help to attract, develop and retain skilled VET trainers and assessors.
"Whether it's new equipment, modernised training materials or initiatives that help trainers stay up to date with industry practice, we're ensuring the training sector can deliver on industry demand and supports learners to succeed," Minister Ellis said.
"We are delivering for Tasmania, ensuring we have a skilled workforce now and into the future."
Applications are open on a rolling basis until 31 December 2026 or until funding is fully allocated.
