Griffith Regional Airport will be closed on Saturday 28 March 2026 between 7.30am and 6pm.
The closure is required to allow for a switchboard replacement in the terminal, during which time all electrical services will be switched off. These works are essential to maintain the safety of the airport.
As a result, REX flight ZL6463, which was scheduled to land in Griffith at 10.10am and depart at 10.30am has been cancelled.
REX flight ZL6463 will land and depart from Narrandera Airport only. The revised schedule is an arrival at Narrandera at 10.05am and departure at 10.30am.
REX has advised that affected passengers have been notified.
