Harness power of Employee Resource Groups at AND's free member workshops

At AND, we know the value of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), also known as Disability Employee Networks (DENs).

We know they can provide crucial and valuable support in building and maintaining an accessible and inclusive workplace culture. In organisations, Employee Resource Groups can lead the journey for disability inclusion.

But this can only happen when Employee Resource Groups are empowered to make these changes.

To empower Australian ERGs, AND has been working with PurpleSpace on a six month pilot program to bring Networkology know-how to Australia. The project is being led by an advisory committee made up of representatives of ERG leaders from across our network.

Our Committee members will be at heart of co-designing and informing relevant workshops and resources which will become available to all AND members.

If you're an ERG leader, member, or interested in setting up an ERG – these are the workshops for you.

AND will be delivering two workshops open to AND members only. At the workshops, you can connect and collaborate while learning and sharing:

  • Connect with fellow ERG leaders
  • Share best practice of ERGs
  • Explore new ways to run your ERG
  • Practical suggestions and tips you can take back to your organisation.

These sessions will be run by Kate Nash and Brendan Roach from PurpleSpace.
